We certainly do not want the presence of pets to disturb our guests with allergies.
It is not allowed to leave your dog on the bed. If this does happen, there will be a compensation of € 75 for handling and chemical cleaning.
Dogs must always be on a leash in and around the hotel.
The guest must ensure that there is no noise or other nuisance
The guest must pay additional costs for cleaning or repairing items if necessary

To get to the lobby / lounge / breakfast from the inside of the rooms, you have to take 2 steps or go outside through the front door through a mobile disabled ramp.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the conditions under which catering establishments established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and related companies (including catering companies, party service companies, etc.), provide catering services and conclude catering agreements. The UVH are registered with the district court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague and can be read via the website of Royal Horeca Netherlands.

The conditions stated below only apply to room rates that have been booked for the rack rate (regular rate), not for the non-refundable rates. The percentages mentioned are a percentage of the entire booking value, no tourist tax will be charged in the event of cancellation.

Bookings for the non-refundable conditions cannot be changed or canceled, regardless of the reason given.

Cancellation policy rooms:

It may happen that, for whatever reason, you want to cancel your stay in whole or in part. As soon as you know this, we request that you notify us by e-mail. The shorter the cancellation period, and the more difficult it is for us to rent out the hotel rooms to third parties, the higher the cancellation costs. An example of how to read the number of nights: A cancellation of 3 nights can be 1 room for 3 nights, or 3 rooms for 1 night.

Cancellations of bookings up to 3 nights:

If canceled more than 48 hours before arrival date: no costs *
If canceled between 48 hours and 24 hours before arrival date: 50%
If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival date: 100%

Cancellations of 4, 5 or 6 nights:

If canceled more than 3 weeks before arrival date: no costs
Between 3 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival date: 25%
Between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival date: 50%
Within 1 week before arrival date: 100%

Cancellations of 7 or more nights:

If canceled more than 1 month before arrival date: no costs
Between 1 month and 3 weeks before arrival date: 25%
Between 3 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival date: 50%
Within 2 weeks before arrival date: 100%

* Please note: 48 hours before arrival date means 48 hours before 0:00 am of the arrival date. For example: if you arrive on a Monday, you can cancel until 23:59 on Friday night. At midnight it is Saturday and it is less than 48 hours before arrival date.

The following cancellation conditions apply to group bookings from 4 rooms in total. Valeriusl Boutique hotel works according to the ANVR travel conditions. The cancellation conditions in accordance with article 1, paragraph 4 and article 9, paragraph 2 of the ANVR travel conditions:

In case of cancellation by the guest, the following amounts are due:

Up to 8 weeks before the stay: the down payment (15% of the agreed net rental price with a minimum of € 35)
Up to 7 weeks before the stay: 30% of the agreed net rental price
Up to 4 weeks before the stay: 50% of the agreed net rental price
Up to 2 weeks before the stay: 75% of the agreed net rental price
Up to 1 week before the stay: 90% of the agreed net rental price
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the stay: 100% of the agreed total net rental price
To avoid misunderstandings, the cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing.

Please note: if you have taken out cancellation insurance and a valid cancellation reason, the insurance will reimburse you for the costs charged by Valerius Boutique Bleecker.

Arrangements

The following cancellation conditions, including booking conditions, apply to reservations of our packages:

All packages are based on two people and cannot be canceled.
No reservation costs are charged. Packages can be booked based on availability.
The mentioned prices include service, including VAT and excluding € 3.00 tourist tax per person, per night.
