When a reservation for accommodation, with or without breakfast, is made for a group (a booking of more than 2 hotel rooms), the following cancellation conditions apply to that reservation (unless otherwise agreed in writing). The conditions below also apply to stays of 7 days or more.

In case of cancellation before the check-in date and time, the following percentages of the reservation value must be paid by the hotel guest:

• More than 3 months before the commencement date 0%

• More than 2 months before the commencement date 15%

• More than 1 month before the commencement date 35%

• More than 14 days before the commencement date 75%

• More than 7 days before the commencement date 100%

• 7 days or less before the commencement date 100%
